Žilina developer Reinoo a.s. has begun construction of Pod Zábrehom II, a new residential project. Landscaping has started on where three apartment buildings with 129 new apartments will soon spring up.
Pod Zábrehom is situated on Dlhé lúky in Púchov, in the immediate vicinity of Reinoo’s previous construction. Besides wonderful accessibility to the city center, lots of greenery and rich opportunities for sports and recreation, the location also boasts excellent civic amenities. After construction is completed, a new Púchov district will have been created with pleasant housing and a new community that will also bring new opportunities for socializing. The second phase will also be providing quality, comfortable living.
Due to great interest, Reinoo decided to put units in all three apartment blocks up for sale at the same time. Blocks B and C will be constructed at the same time. Block A will be constructed six months after the commencement of the construction of the first two apartment buildings.
Those interested in the units at Pod Zábrehom will take a liking to their new homes. Both the design and layout of the apartments will appeal to demanding customers. “The apartment blocks have been designed to be A0 primary energy efficient and building green and vegetation roofs returns greenery to the urban environment,” pointed out Tomáš Surovčák, chief design engineer for this project at Reinoo a.s. “Green roofs provide a favorable effect on the microclimate around the buildings, tackling any increased concentration of heat in so-called islands.”
Emphasis will be placed during construction on environmentally friendly solutions and in maintaining green zones. Of course, new greenery has been also planted with infiltration tanks installed and vegetation roofs built with insulating layers to promote a good microclimate and to keep both the buildings and surrounding area from overheating.
When construction of the three five-story residential blocks is completed, there will be a total 129 units and three commercial properties available with modern, functional layouts and plenty of outdoor and underground parking spaces. Each apartment will have its own balcony or terrace. Apartments with one to four rooms can be selected for comfortable living in a pleasant neighborhood. PENTHOUSE apartments are planned for the top floor with a prepared fireplace insert, exterior shutters and room for a whirlpool bath.
