This modern, state-of-the-art office building completed in 2019 is LEED GOLD certified. It is the first completed in the new Poštová business zone and the only office building of a comparable standard in Žilina.
It offers high variability of office space, clearance of 3.2 meters, acoustic cassette suspended ceilings, double floors, HVAC system, security, closed-circuit camera and access systems and parking.
